I'm Japanese. I'm thinking want go to university of abroad.

I have a dream because for university of abroad.

But I don't have many university fees. So I would like you to tell me about countries where university fees are low. In addition, I would like to know the cost of living in the countries there. Sorry for all the things you want to tell me.
