Have a large home with storm shelter, detached workshop, in-law suite and fruit orchard. Now that I have everything setup. Variance from the city to run a nursery/pick your own/farmer market and the best part is there are no city, county or state taxes on this since it is considered Agri-tourism.
The house with orchard is in a subdivision and I have spent the last decade growing out fruit trees that do not require chemical treatments for insects or disease. I have turned what was once overgrown wooded area into a food forest that uses all natural inputs for fertilization and other. The land grows hybrid varieties of Asian Pear, Mulberry, Persimmon, Pawpaw, Jujube, Hazel Nut, Goumi, Pineapple Guava, Fig. It is set up and ready for Spring.
Now my health is taking a hit and know my wife could not handle this and my grown kids have their own paths. There are a lot of DOD, engineering and science jobs relocating here.
How/where should I go to find a real estate who can focus this on the type of customer? I expect to market to multi-generational families and most likely from Asian, European or Hispanic backgrounds.
