Advice for Seller - Choosing an Agent

I am going to sell my home in a few months and have 3 agents I am interviewing. The first realtor helped me buy the home I'm in now, and while I like her and her communication style, I'm concerned about the listing price she proposed. It's about $15K more than I think we could reasonably ask for. How much of a red flag is this?
