We put a home in Florida on the market with a Keller Williams agent through Clever a couple of weeks ago. The seller agent just called me and said Keller Williams has a minimum buyers agent compensation of 2 1/2 percent. We have a signed contract that states the commission will be 2 percent. They said the broker will cancel the listing if we don't change the contract to offering 2 1/2 percent. That doesn't sound right, what good is a contract if it can be changed?
