Is there any statistic that shows the following?
It’s my feeling that many of the older generation who (pre-covid) would have moved to a retirement community, assisted living, etc, are now even more scared to do so after we watched Covid spread through them.
Does any group track this statistic and to what extent it is impacting the current housing market? Something about the older generation staying in their homes longer?
