Am I the only one who feels like it takes soo much effort to keep looking for internships all the time?

Its just so hard to continuously keep up with finding good internships alongside prepping for exams or studying. When I set a date for myself to look for internships some of them just close by then. Do I just stay on linkedin everyday so that I don't miss out?
