Amendment conditions not met

So in our amendments, we want the disposal replaced. It spins but turning it on sounds like hellhounds have been released and shakes the kitchen floor. Seller says it works so they won’t fix or replace it. We would like it replaced. What are our options? Closing is in 2 days
