Appraisal not moving forward

The buyer should secure the loan by the end of June. They told us they started the appraisal process in the beginning of June. As of today, we haven't heard anything from the buyer yet. No appraisal has been scheduled yet. We contacted the buyer for the status through the attorney last week, but we haven't heard anything yet.

Would like to hear from you all. Is it a concern that the buyer might not be able to get the loan?
