Becoming a Realtor in Nevada Question

I have looked at all the state requirements and the schools that offer the courses list all of the requirements also, but I cannot find if a new realtor is required to be under a broker. In Nevada, if someone gets their license, can they just start working on their own or do they have to be under a broker?
