I'm selling my late father's house. He was a hoarder, and his house is in need of a rehab, including, but not limited to siding, bathroom remodel, electrical, landscaping, paint, floors, etc. Good structure, good bones, but he fixed and flipped, and this was his last project. Unfortunately, my two sisters outvoted me and want to sell the house as-is, because they don't want to invest in materials. I worked for the man, and can handle the jobs myself, but I don't know the ins-and-outs of flipping like he did.
What, if anything, should I do out of pocket to help drive the price? Thanks for reading
