Bought a house with a slow leak, now has mold.

Hello all. I recently bought a house that was made in 2018. It seems the house had a small leak behind the shower's faucett. My wife found some moisture in the close near the shower. She took out the baseboard and it was all wet and moldy inside. Long story short, the bathroom ended up a total demo and it was wet and full of mold. Do I have any legal options at this point? Builder insurance? Inspector insurance? I really don't want to have to flip this bill all alone. I am located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
