Current home $650,000...own outright New home budget $800,000-$1,000,000 Current home will have absolutely no problem selling in a week or two and close 15 days ...huge demand for homes here. ( We had to out bid 15 offers to buy it with in the first couple of days on the market, just a year ago.)

Will pay cash for new home + sale of current home..

How would a bridge loan work, what are the costs and fees points..total out of pocket costs?? It will be a quick payback, maybe 2 months or less.
