Buyers asking me the seller to purchase title insurance on vacant land

I have a deal to sell a half acre in Pa. A lawyer is representing me and the buyer. The contract has me paying for title insurance. I plan on contacting another lawyer but in the mean time I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this.
