My husband and I are selling our wonderful home in looks of a bit more space. Looks like this market is a bit slower and becoming more balanced in our area. Things seem to be sitting a bit longer and I'll be honest we got to the market a bit late.
In my husband's words "I'm not just buying anything I want our forever home." I've made him move a few times I won't lie. He's tired and we are ready to take our 7 month old girl to a bigger spot with a bit more privacy.
Anyways, we had a bid accepted on a home we were interested in. We got excited and then the market slowed. We got a bid on our home but it wasn't enough to cover the gap. Needless to say it looks like we will be buying in a different market that we entered.
Has anyone here bought a home in fall or winter? What did it look like? Did you find a unique property or great deal?
