Buying a parsonage from a church Minnesota

Hi, A local church is selling their parsonage (preacher's house) along with some surrounding property. We are very interested but are unsure of there will be any odd things that come up with buying from a religious institution. We plan on getting a rough property tax estimate from surrounding properties given the church doesn't have to pay property taxes and we will. We expect things to take a little longer given things will likely have to go through some church committee? Anything else to consider? Just don't want to be blind sided by something. Thanks
