Need advice for buying 20 acres of unimproved mountain property from in-laws irrevocable trust after death of both MIL and FIL.
All trustees and beneficiaries (4 brothers-in-law) have agreed on a $100K purchase price but a simple quit-claim seems too easy and doesn't make sense because they are not the owners... the trust is.
What is the correct and most simple way to purchase with minimal paperwork and tax liability for myself and their trust?
