Hello, im about to graduate college soon and wanted to get my license before graduating and I had a couple of questions. I heard that it can take up to three months to get approved and I was wondering if i can apply now and then provide the proof of the classes after. I started my classes now and I just want to apply. Can I also do this with the fingerprints too? Or do i have to take all the class first and my fingerprints before applying. Thank you!
