Can’t find when my soon to be house was built?

Hi! We are closing on a house, everything’s gone great! Except mortgage company wants insurance quotes and not a single person can find when house was built. Realtor has called city, inspector has a time frame based on floor plan changes in the nineties, and no website has record (not any free site, I’m avoiding the ones that make you pay for anything) It’s older and there are items built in to help determine how old.. Question is, Will I be able to close? Are we allowed to guesstimate a year to get insurance?
