Hello All ,
I am new to this and looking forward to using this site more. I previously purchased a triple decker multi family home back in 2021 with a 2.5% interest rate. It currently cash flows as I currently live in the 3rd floor and rent out out the 2 units below. I have reached the point where I am looking to live away from the tenants and purchase a single family home.
My question is there any benefit to utilizing the cash out refinance option to pull out the existing equity and utilize as a down payment for the next home or should I just leave the equity alone and use my remaining VA Loan to purchase a single family,
Thank you in advance !
