Cell towers

Many tower developers are out in full force reaching out to property owners to ink option leases to potentially build cell towers on their land. I’m curious if there are others out there that have been contacted? Most of these towers are being built for AT&T and Verizon. They also are helping each of those carriers control costs by coming off a high rent site. Most of these high tenant rent sites are owned by American Tower, SBA and Crown Castle.
