I placed an offer on a house using a Redfin agent, but the offer was unsuccessful and the experience was unsatisfactory. I want to make another offer on the same house using a different agent who offers a rebate. Since I didn't sign a contract with the first agent or Redfin, is there a risk of legal issues? Can the first agent invoke a procuring cause claim that could affect the rebate?
