I'd give them zero Stars if I could. They knew my washer was 24 years old when they chose to let me get warranty $50 a month and $100 for the repair man to come. My washer was leaking so all he had to do was change two gaskets but they decided that my washer could have more problems so they're not going to do anything. So my laminated floors fell apart. So I wasted my money with them have more repairs a washer that doesn't work and they want to give me $349 to get another washer! Like from where another problem oriented issue? Don't sign with them they are ripoffs and Liars and deceivers
