I am selling a condo but have received no offers after 2 weeks. 3D tour, promotional flyers, 20% price reduction, and 1 year mortgage buy down in Denver I am not getting a lot of traffic I am in a bit of rush to sell because I am hoping to purchase and there are some interest rates offers this summer I would like to take advantage of How long can a property sit on market before it would be impossible to get asking price At what point should I look into Open Door
