Confused on how I’m supposed to reference this

(My lecturer is not responding) I’m doing a portfolio and a task is sourcing research and have to find a peer-reviewed article to source it from. It’s saying I need to follow apa or Harvard (which I have to do with the whole portfolio anyway) but don’t I just add the source at the end and add it to my reference list? Or am I overthinking it?
