Considering buying a home that was a hospice previously.

My husband and I aren’t spooked at all but I’m assuming there was a lot of deaths.

How bad would this be as an investment if we were to sell in the next 10 years? The invester bought the home, remodeled it and then listed it $200k more than he paid for it in 2020. It’s been on market 40+ days and lowered 100k meaning he’s probably going to break even. The market this is in is really hot, other homes 1 block down are going for 300k more.

Is it the fact it was a hospice? There are some lingering things that people might not like too like ADA friendly ( ramp type of front walkway and safety bars in bathrooms).

Can’t Think of why it’s not selling - we are ok with all the weird quirks but wondering for when we resell….
