Contemplating Uni/College Programs

I’m in a business marketing program right now for a diploma, I find the classes interesting however I’m looking at job postings and hearing word of mouth that the business/marketing industry is barely hiring anyone as of now and it’s competitive in my area. The pay can also not be the best especially right after graduation. Next semester I’m contemplating switching into the HCA Program (Health Care Aid), as I’m interested in helping elders/healthcare and in my area (Canada-BC) HCA’s are apparently in demand. I still need some time to think though. Does anyone have any recommendations or advice? Thanks so much
