Basically title.
Our contract gives the seller the first opportunity to repair or offer credits for relevant repairs before we have the ability to walk away due to an inspection issue.
We send over a bunch of requested repairs and per our contract the seller has 6 days to either agree to repairs, offer credits, or say no.
They've said they need a few more days to get quotes, which is fine, but this is a big advantage for us yes? If they come back with something we don't agree with, or even if they agree to fix everything, we can walk since they are in default of the contract, right?

Contract states 6 days for seller to respond to repair requests...if they respond after this deadline, can we walk no matter what?
