could i apply for a stem subject with a 5 year gap?

Hello, I'm 24f with a law degree but I realised after i already got admitted to law that i don't enjoy it at all. But by that time i had no way of changing it. So i just put up with it and finished it with an average cg(3.4). Can i apply to any uni with a 5 year gap for an undergrad sub in Europe? i want to go to Germany since the tuition is less there. I'm from a south asian country for context.
