Creating Videos of Homeowners describing their home and what they love/hate about it

Im an Agent and want to add to my listing an interview with the current homeowners(sellers) I would walk with them through the home and ask them about each part of the house, what they like about it, etc.. The video would get added to my listing. What do you all think of the idea and why? Thanks!
