Is this typical? We signed contracts with a buyer off market, the inspection were done last week and are generally fine but the buyers seem to want a new house. Is it me in the wrong or are the below unrealistic?
1.) "AC to main bedroom is cooling but maybe not as efficiently as other rooms". Buyer wants new one.
2.) "Slight audilbe sound from pool pump when on site, may get worse over time" Buyer wants new pump.
3.) "Base of the tap shows signs of very minor leaking, and will require cleaning and repair to restore appearance" Byer wants new tap.
4.) "Ceiling fan has poor speed regulation" Buyers wants new fans.
Report summary states:
"There are a few maintenance items that need attention as listed above however
these are typical for a property of this age, relative to similar properties of
approximately the same age that have been reasonably maintained"
