Hi!
It’s my first time selling my house, so this is probably a silly question but what do people do with their dirty laundry and dishes when people are viewing the house sporadically? It won’t be an issue for the open house because I’ll be able to do all my laundry the night before and put up, and same for dishes. But after the open house is over and people are wanting to tour it randomly throughout the day, if you have someone come last minute and don’t have time to do a full load of laundry or dishes, what do you do? I can hand wash the dishes I guess, but the laundry, do I just throw in a hamper and hope no one looks in there? If they see dirty laundry in a hamper, will that make my house rem dirty or “ding” me?
