Discrimination and college life

I'm christian, and i was apart of an anime club at a public university for two years. Then out of nowhere, i was cyberbullied by two members, plus others who weren't club membrrs. I asked the president to step in, but refused. It got so bad, that i had to mull over filing a police report. I was called in by the club president after the next meeting ended, only to walk into a room where he had the girl who lead the cyberbullying to berate and bit me with nasty insults while he didn't do anything to stop her. He was letting her use him as a shield to prevent a one on one. I left, i reported everything to staff that approve clubs on campus, only to be told in person after weeks passed to be thrown into different departments that they couldn't help me.
