Do I fix/band-aid this?

Selling a relatively expensive home. The hot tub outside is above ground but surround by stone. Its dead and not fixable. Is it worth it to spend $2,500 for the removal of it and making it a simple deck? Or should I just sell the house as-is with the hot tub broken and basically give that cash in negotiations to the future buyer?
