Do I need to reprogram a fob before I settle

I've sold my apartment and when asked how many keys there were to the property was honest and sent a picture of them all This includes 2 fobs, one which works and one which needs reprogramming at a cost of approx $80. As I've only ever needed one I didn't bother with the other to save some cash. The buyer is now pestering me through my RE Agent to sort this out. The buyer will have a working fob plus multiple keys to gain entry to the building and apartment. Should they be bothering me about this. And can I tell them to leave me alone until settlement at which point he can do it himself.
