Hi all,
I have a USDA 502 direct loan, and it is like pulling teeth to get me any information from my underwriter. The next steps said to call her with any house that I’m interested in and so I did and then she said, “so did you need to know if it’s eligible” and I said, “well I checked the eligibility map, is there a more in depth evaluation that should be done at this point to determine eligibility?” And she just went, “no” and then I asked what the next steps should be, and she kinda scoffed and went, “get me a contract” but by definition this is my first time doing this kind of thing, I don’t know all the steps especially not the USDA steps and I just don’t know what to expect and she won’t give me a breakdown of the process
