Does ib grade can be used for gpa? (International student)

Hi, I am a higshchool student in Türkiye so if I have poor English just excuse me it’s late. I am doing ib for high school and I will be taking SAT too and IELTS but I seriously don’t know how can I get my gpa score when I live and study here right now. I have good reference letter (imo) and a lot of certified activities I just need to solve this gpa problem (my ib is good too)
