My hubby & I have been trying to sell our house. We have been thru 3 real-estate agents since October 3 We have had 2 walk throughs. No offers, nothing! This is a rual town, of 11,000 in northern california. We are frustrated and sad. Is this the way professional real-estate agents treat their clients these days? We are elderly and must move asap to be closer to our medical coverage..or loose it. Not one of the agents has bothered to call us, they have left us completely in the dark. Our lender friend has helped us go thru the long process of interviewing. We picked one, and just like the 2 before her, no communication at all.
I just don't get it. Can anyone help me understand this hurtful way of doing business? We just don't get it..
