They listed the home as having a "fully permitted room". Turns out the seller never permitted the room and the sellers agent and the buyers agent kept quiet about it not being permitted despite advertising it as such. A big error because it was an extra 200+ sq ft difference from assessor office.
Broker is also falsely advertising that she holds a general A and B contractors license which has been expired for 5 years! What would you do?
