Ex won’t fill out Loss mitigation

I (37f) purchased a home with my ex gf (39f) one year ago. We broke up last month and I have the house since I’m the primary payor. She has not made any attempt in assisting me. I am currently two months behind on the mortgage. We had arrangements that I were to pay the mortgage and she would pay utilities.. she didn’t and she also could not maintain a job. So my payment went to avoid disconnection of utilities. She had job security when we purchased but quit her employment. Now she won’t even help me by filing out loss mitigation paperwork to assist me in keeping my house. She’s afraid that the mortgage company will sue her for breaking contract now that she no longer lives in the home.

What options do I have here?
