Flood Zone x500

We are looking at purchasing a property that is flood zone X, but a small section of property is flood zone x500. The current homeowners who have lived there for ten years said they have never had flood insurance and have never had flooding except for small puddling in backyard when it rains very hard for extended periods. This house has a basement that was also completely dry during our pre-inspection. The house also has a sump pump and drain tile. Looking at Realtor.com it says the house has a 6/10 risk of flooding but I’m not sure how reliable that is. Would you go through with the purchase?
