Flooring upgrade costs for new construction

A lot of new construction builds have things setup such that you upgrade from basic flooring (carpet, tile) to higher level flooring (e.g. more carpet padding, LVP, engineered hardwood, more aesthetic tile) during a “design center” appointment.

Any ideas around how much it costs per square foot to upgrade from builder grade tile to engineered hardwood for example?
