Florida Forclosure

Haven't paid the mortgage in 3 years. Bank is finally going after it. They tried serving me papers but don't know my current where abouts. It's unlikely it will sell for what's owed and is a tear down. I do not want to try to salvage the home as there's a stop work order on it and need it out of my life. The only way I would pay them is if I can demolish it and keep the land but don't see this happening. We are in the same boat. Credit is screwed so I have nothing to lose except for my savings if they decided to go after it. Should I call foreclosure attorney? Any ideas on what to expect?
