Handing over my apartment next Tuesday

I had to give up my apartment that I had invested in not long ago, due to financial difficulties. Even after selling it, I'm in debt. But, the new buyers—a couple—are young and new on the market too and as hard as this situation is, it makes me so happy that they are getting it. They say that the spirit and atmosphere in the apartment is noticably good. I want to leave them a special welcoming gift in the apartment. What could I give them?
