Has anyone else noticed a ton of houses sitting on the market?

We have been viewing homes for a couple months and have noticed a ton of nice homes just sitting on the market with no competing offers. Like weeks/months later we could still get our offer accepted. I know interest rates are high but why else are people keeping homes on the market with no price reductions? If there are multiple comparable homes in the same area, does that mean they are all overpriced?
