I just read a post here by a seller asking if they can take the windows and moulding out of their old home with them when they sell. I read no fewer than 2 posts every day from sellers who need to get their home sold, but who would rather kick and scream than adjust their price after their home has sat for months.
Has there always been this level of delusion and entitlement with some sellers? Is it worse and/or noticed with more sellers now? What's driving this?
To be clear, I understand selling a home is a complex and emotional process. I'm not referring to sellers who have a bit of challenge finding the right price at first, or who come here for genuine advice.
