Heat

Closed on house in Aug. Dec come to find out no heat in livingroom, dining and kitchen all a zone. The heating repair guy i hired knew prior owners and contacted them. Come to find out that when they did renovations they capped off heat to that zone somewhere so there now no water flow. Any thoughts
