Hey everyone,

I'm a software engineer and I've been thinking about building some tools for real estate investors. But before I dive in, I wanted to get the inside scoop from you all.

So, I'm curious:

1. What software are you actually paying for right now?
2. How much are you shelling out for these tools? (Monthly or yearly, whatever's easier)
3. Do you feel like you're getting your money's worth?
4. Is there anything you wish these tools could do, but they just... don't?

I'd really appreciate any insights you can share. It'll help me understand what's actually useful out there and where there might be room for something new.
