Need your advice. 1.Before buying a property what is the best source for knowing current rate? ( I see huge variations in 99acre & housing.com) 2. Any tip on negotiation with builder?? 3. Any document or agreement clause I should be mindful of? 4. Except flat + maintenance + gst + registration charge any other charge I need to bear? 5. Do I pay booking amount only after bank loan approval??
