Home purchased next door may have built retaining wall on my property

The home next door that was occupied during the whole time I’ve lived here was sold in February after the elderly owner died. The new owner told me she planned to sell the house and proceeded to do a do it yourself raise they yard level to install a new septic. In the course they built a retaining wall and recently when getting a quote for home insurance where they had an aerial view of my property I was told the retaining wall is on my property. The plot plan from the town done by the mortgage company at purchase only has length and width, not property lines. It looks like another was made on the house and people are telling me I need to take action before it is sold as I will have trouble down the line selling my house. Surveyors can be $1000+ and I don’t have the money to do that right now. Is there any other option? For the record I installed a fence in 2019 and deliberately had it put several feet inside my property line to avoid this whole thing. I measured and the space between my new fence and their old chicken wire fence in the back is between 3-5 feet and between my fence and the retaining wall on the front of the property is 30”.’
