I'm in the process of selling my house, literally 12 from closing, and as part of the home inspection findings, they requested we fix the leaks of the roof on our shop. They said they were okay with us doing it ourselves, as it's the busy time of year for contractors in our area, and no one is going to drop everything for a tiny job. We ended up replacing the ridge cap and went through all the nails and replaced any loose ones. Everything seemed fine after multiple days of rain (live in MN). Now we have rain again and I went out to check, and much to my surprise it's leaking in a 2 spots. With literally 12 hours to go what am I to do? Realtor isn't answering me yet as he's probably sleeping hah. TiA
